'Chez Gibson' (The Apartment)


Located in block "Rubis" [Ruby]. Half way along the private road accessed via steps down to the main entrance.

There is a communal entrance foyer with separate internal clean dustbin store,

Just inside the main door on the right there is a ski locker area.  Our Lockable ski locker is number 88 and has a space for 4 sets of skis - the key is on the main keyring.

Go through a communal internal carpeted hallway, with the staircase off to the left and flat 88 along the quiet corridor on the ground floor on the right.

A double lockable flat door leads into the flat being 25metre square internal floor area.

 

 

Open plan studio lounge/kitchen:

The front door and the sofaLarge wardrobe with hanging rail and storage ove.

3 seater settee which splits into 2 single beds which can be pushed together to form a double. Circular dining table with 4 cushioned chairs. Cupboard suitable for 2 persons clothes storage, games/dvd cupboard, wall shelving, double opening double glazed doors plus a fixed "door" leading to the patio,

Kitchen area having stainless steel sink/drainer, cupboards under, cupboard and shelving over, large built in ceiling height larder.

 

 

 

 

Bedroom  

The bedroomJust off the small inner hall you'll find the bedroom with two comfortable bunk beds with shelving to the side and above. There are two large under bed storage drawers and coat hooks to hang jackets, ski gear etc on. There is also a convneinet double glazed door to the patio and swimming pool. The bedroom also has an effiecient electric heater.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Bathroom and Separate toilet

The bathroom has a clean white bath which uses a mixer tap shower. There is a shower curtain, wash basin with a mirrored cabinet over, a shaving light light and shaver point. To help store your washbags and assorted bathroom goodies I have added a corner shelf and four towel rails.

 

 


South facing patio

The Patio, the swimming pool, and the lads.The patio is directly outside the lounge and bedroom. Sitting on the pation you can enjoy unrivalled views of Mont Blanc, the Aguile de Midi. The mountains are capped with sonw all year round all and make an inspiring backdrop to any meal.

The communal lawn leads from the patio but the immediate area does not attract other residents. It is ideal for moving the sun chairs and/or dining table and chairs into or out of the sun.

 

 

 

 

 

Swimming pool

Open from the end of June into September, the pool is heated and cleaned every morning. Fenced with the entrance gate being at the far end resulting in no persons walking near the flat's patio. Designated sunbathing area with litter bin. No radios for peace and quiet. The pool is closed and the gate locked after 11pm    

 

 

 

Tennis court

The complex has its own quality hard court. The reservation system is that every flat has a lockable reservation device that the occupant locks onto the 7 day reservation board at the tennis court in advance. Each key is different!!
